If you haven't discovered Magnolia than you should take a walk over to 42nd Street and Sixth Avenue and check out the beautiful flower stand on the north side of Bryant Park just a block away from Times Square. It's a little Paris in Manhattan. There are beautiful pots of hot pink azaleas right next to red or white amaryillis in moss covered pots. Paperwhites, pink and purple hydrangeas are lined up beautifully on the cutest parisian like stands. Sometimes I go to the library and check out a book and sit at one of the tables that the park provides.

If you need a break from the rat race, this is it. You can even get an espresso at a kiosk just a few feet away. If only we had more of these in midtown. We use too. Remember the Korean markets practically on every corner? Oh, all right. They weren't this cute.
